Financial Therapy
Money plays an integral role in our lives and can often be overlooked in therapy. Self-esteem, family of origin, willingness to be accountable, short and long term goals, or lack thereof--these all play roles in how we handle and communicate about money. Experience has taught me that markets fluctuate, but our emotions don’t have to follow. We can challenge some of our unspoken beliefs around money and accountability.
Expensive self-defeating behaviors do not have to continue. Once identified and observed, there are a multitude of tools to address various challenges. Together we will utilize financial and therapeutic methods that can assist in communicating and working toward goals and dreams.
