I'm not really familiar with therapy. What should I expect?
Research tells us that the most important component in determining positive outcomes is the therapeutic relationship. It is fundamental to find someone who you feel is skilled and trustworthy of your needs. Together you’ll want to determine goals or a direction and check in from time to time on your progress.
How many sessions should this take?
Our therapeutic work may vary; short term concerns like "I need to learn how to talk to my boss," may take a few sessions. Issues such as bereavement, addiction, depression, anxiety, gambling or substance abuse, boundaries with a loved one, or even a desire to live a more fulfilling life may take more time.
Payment?
Cash and checks are preferred methods of payment. However, for client convenience I accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express with a 3% administration fee.
I would be happy to put together an invoice for flexible spending accounts upon request.
I am an "out-of-network" provider and provide insurance ready receipts, if I am not on your insurance panel.
Payment is due at the time of service.

Individuals, 55 minute session: $150
90 minute session: $190
Cancellation Policy?
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged $100.
